Skip Practices
One of the steps to becoming a wrestler is that practice does not make people better and, definitely, won’t make make them good at wrestling. If they want to talk about how to get good, they should consider skipping practices and being present once in awhile. Skipping practices is beneficial to the body because they won’t have to get their heads banged around to the point of getting concussions and have their arms and legs breakdown and not work like they would normally would. The practices will only waste the wrestlers’ time and won’t have time for anything else. Whenever a wrestler goes to a practice, the recommended thing to do is just mess around on the mats and not follow the coach's instructions.

It will definitely make the wrestler better because he will mostly let the opponent win and he will have done a good deed of making the opponent feel good for himself. It is just a waste of time trying to get the victory if you are out on the mat for ten minutes straight and can not get a victory. This will show the coaches that the wrestler doesn’t have a desire to win and has been doing what has to be done on the mat. Winning on the mat supports the team’s confidence on the wrestler, and no way a wrestler should have confidence. No wrestler is recommended to support their teammates while they are on the
