The ignorance of the differences in individuals whether by gender, religion or skin tone can cause injustice because you can not force equality when there is none. This diversity allows different viewpoints in society and those opinions shaped by the individual's perspective should not be caged by the principle of political correctness. I am a german scholarship student and observed this injustice in an official selection procedure. You have to undergo several tests in order to find the most suitable applicant for the scholarship. One of the tests is a group interview where we had to prove ourselves through communication skills. A male applicant was especially outstanding because of his political knowledge and conduct.
