Does your health concern you? If it does you should definitely choose your dairy products well, because all things contain milk in it. There are two types of milk that differ and it’s skim milk and whole milk. Believe it or not milks are high in the economy, and they benefit people in other business because they serve them.

You may ask yourself how does the economy benefit from milk? In all restaurants some of the ingredients like ice cream, soups ,etc uses milk products. The fact that we don’t know which ones are being used in local business and stores is the bad part. This is where the health part comes in. Some people prefer skim milk because it's less calories and it tends to have the same kind of taste as regular whole milk. They often use more sugar to produce the whole milk for it’s taste. Skim milk is often made for low fat causes or people that can’t have a lot of sugar. You can get any of the two at any store, and they sell often quick. That’s how the two milks are made up.

As we know since there are two types of milks were talking about they have to be different. Skim milk is a lower sugar type of milk that doesn’t contain much fat and it’s supposed to be very healthy. Whole milk is the type that contains the most sugar and has the most calories and sells quicker than skim milk because most people prefer whole milk. There both produced by the same company just separated in different ways. This is how the two milks differ and how they’re made.
