The skills I posses are maturity, great personality and professionalism. When I am staff I take it seriously, I practice and practice how to do unique things until I am certain I will not mess up. Obviously, we are humans and we do make mistakes, but I acknowledge my mistake and learn from it for next time. I never ever jump to conclusions and I am always unbiased. I take all sides and all evidence in every situation. If I get staff I can bring positivity to the team and the community. I am always ready for a challenge and I am ok for anyone to ask me difficult situations. I can apply all my previous experience to the community if I achieved a staff rank. Throughout my life, I have learnt how to handle difficult situations that others could not handle. I have learnt how to see the brighter side of things and bring positivity to the hard to handle situations. I have learnt through age maturity isn't just being nice, it's about how you handle and give your perspective on situations, is about how you act and how you are around others.
Social behaviour:
From talking to others to how I act in difficult situations I am very experienced in handling all situations. I understand that with maturity comes a lot of more difficult situations. I treat people with respect and I never treat anyone different, from my best friend to my worst enemy I will treat everyone the same. I keep my attitude to a positive in all situations and it will stay that way in all the situations. I believe that if I was to achieve staff here then I could set an example and help others stay positive and professional.
Communication:
From TeamSpeak to in-game or any other chat I am professional and use correct grammar. I always use correct capitals, punctuation and spelling. I am not into the text language crap as I find it unfit and misleading most of the time. I am always up for talking to and meeting new people so I always start with a warm welcome. If I was to achieve a staff rank here I can safely say that I will be doing my best to encourage other staff members to try new things and challenge himself/herself.
Leadership:
As stated before, I have previously achieved the rank of head-admin/network manager on a few servers, by doing this I have learnt how to lead a staff team into challenging themselves and how to act. I love hosting events and I am always keen on improving the gameplay of the community I am in. If I was to achieve staff I could apply my leadership experience into my work and improve others knowledge at the same time.
Respect:
I always respect everyone that I meet, whether it be someone that is banned or a complete stranger I always listen to them and respect their opinion. I am never rude to other people and I always talk calmly. I completely understand the chain of command and respect that others may have higher priority and I don't break it.
Screensharing:
Although I have no experience screensharing, I am keen to learn. Like anyone else that is new to something, I am always up for listening and understanding the basics of how things work.
