a) Inception phase:
The inception phase is the beginning of the project where the idea for the project is explored and elaborated. The goal of this project is phase is to examine the feasibility and the decision that are made concerning who is to carry out the project, which group will be involved and whether the project has satisfactory base of support among those who are involved. It may be determined whether the trim on the building has been made according to the agreement, or the materials that were used in the definition phase which had been specified. This phase is completed when all of the requirements have been met and when the outcome corresponds to the design.

Faizul team can use such social networking sites for communication. Why face book because
• It is use for instant communication with the team members.
• Use for brainstorming with the team.
• It saves time and money with a virtual communication (without visiting your friend house on different locations).
• You can as well start a video call among your friends who will help you to discuss and understand about a topic more effectively.
• Training for using the face book is not required because of its familiarity.
• The main thing is that you can share your point of view either on text or diagram in group.
2. Gmail:
• It is used to store the important data files (range up to 25 GB).
• It advantages is that the information cannot be loose when you store or save in it.
• It helps to share data with the group members and others (such as professors, experts, etc) easily.
• You don’t need to wait for the files to be share or uploaded for too long.
• Project file can be store and accessed over the internet instead of computer’s hard drive.
• In absents of Microsoft office software the Google apps provide their own application to open the
