Six Hour Work Days Would Not Be Very Productive

I believe six hour work days would not be very productive. Here are two of my reasons i have like, people losing hours on their jobs, some workers are getting sick and last but not least gender and minority wage gaps. My first reason on why its not productive is because some workers are getting sick. To work a six hour day it requires some critical things in order for it to be "successful". For example, workers are going to have to maintain a consistent level of concentration in work with minimal distractions as possible everyday they work. Most people can only focus on a task for only for an hour or two before they need a break. My second reason is people are losing hours on their jobs which means they're usually losing
