I learn a lot thing from Siverbey. Aupair from different courtry,language,food and how to take care the kids also different too. Some people talk about experience from the kid such as how to teach the kis use potty. One friend said I use the paper if the kid go to the potty and they pee or poop. they will get one sticker after that if they had 7. they will get new toy or special food but sometime it is not work.
I do like a I go to pee or poop and let the kid stay with me in the bath room “ok kid I wanna pee can you waiting me here ” after that when I am done from poop or pee “ ok you turn” it is all face. all the like to follow what you do. they will so proud when they can do like you.
