Situational Approach To Leadership Paper

Northouse (2016) explains that adaptions of the Situational Approach are much like a learning pendulum moving between the leader and follower. The follower requires a commitment on their part and for the leader, it is important for adapting to the followers learning style (Northouse, 2016). Within the Situational Approach to leadership, there are four classifications known as directing style, coaching, supportive, and delegating (Northouse, 2016).
