As a small group of the class, we were put together to test one person's heart rate, temperate and breathing rate of the group. I completed Lab 10A to determine my current flexibility and my flexibility needs. I scored low to marginal zone on most of the flexibility tests. These tests indicate that my flexibility needs some significant improvements. One way I could improve my flexibility is by doing stretching exercises daily or at least a few days a week. Psychology so far hasn’t been too bad so far during the semester. I thought at the beginning this class would most likely have been by far one of the most challenging classes I have taken coming from have taken only some AP courses and Honors classes during high school. Currently I am sitting at an 93.1% (270/290 points) in the class, which isn’t what I want to be at which is at least a 95%, but I can build on that and improve my scores throughout the semester. The assessment I had taken helped me to comprehend my life-style, to my surprise it revealed that my life is very unhealthy. My results proved that out a high score I only received a 15. Based on my score I discovered that I need improvement in many areas, but I will be focusing in exercising in daily basis, for at least 20minutes a day.
