Every individual in “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” have self concept issues that need improvement. The character played by America Ferrara, for example is aware of hey physical appearance regarding her body, however she does not accept it. The pants they all share fit each and every one of them, however, when she tries them on she doubts herself, but surprisingly they fit. From this example, you can say that America Ferrara needed to be more confident in herself besides thinking negative. If she is insecure about her body, besides putting herself down she should take necessary steps in order to improve it. Showing confident to yourself and others helps gain support from friends as well as makes you feel good about yourself.
