Before ending the interview, I asked the sister Noryanti about his opinion about leadership and the kind of leadership that he is practicing in the unit to ensure more regular unit and all subordinate staff can work more efficient and quality in patient care. She explains that leadership is a process of interaction between groups or individuals with particularly among individuals with the members of the group. Each is involved in this group has a different role. Although it is different, the influence of leaders will be able to establish a goal or target to achieve the same.
