Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill was born on November 30, 1874 to Lord Randolph Churchill and Jennie Jerome. He arrived two months early, were his mother gave birth to him in a bedroom. He thought the British leaders should have done something when Hitler first started make threats in 1930. Although he blames British leaders, he also takes blame for not speaking up when he had the chance. Despite the fact that he thought the war could have been stopped, he did everything he could to help. Churchill did everything in his power to help the Allies, although he was not expecting Allies. He finally got his first act of Allied cooperation with North Africa, when Italy was invaded. He also realized that America needed help, not just military, but also economically. Churchill created the Great Alliance, which was the alliance between Great Britain, Soviet Union, and America. Frank D.
