Sink Philosophy Of Leadership

Executing the strategy of habitude into ones classroom management, plant begins by answering the question “why” according to Simon Sinek in his presentation How Great Leaders Inspire Action since habituate encompasses the attitudes and or behaviors of leaders. The questions “why” becomes driven by one’s purpose, cause, belief system, or worldview by which ones lives their life (Sinek, Simon Sept. 2009). As we examine leaders throughout history there are a multitude of leaders like Stalin, Churchill, MacArthur and many more who each with their own worldview led massive of people. Who are responsible for and must be held accountable for all their decisions. Therefore students who embark on the path of leadership must understand that in order to be a good leader one must be a good follower as Jesus Christ is the ultimate example. Willing to make great sacrifices, making the touch choices, and taking responsibility for one’s choices regardless of the outcome. Therefor the strategy is quite simples giving the student the opportunity to live with their choices and the consequences of those choices.

However, teacher should be authentic with students and let them know that in life if filled with choices, decisions, and activities which are hard, tough, unpleasant, and sometime just don’t make sense.
