The purpose of this essay is to discuss the key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of Singapore International Airlines (SIA). In additional of the core competencies of the company, their relevance vision and mission statement. At the end, we will sum up with the strategy undertaken by SIA in the case study by justifying the merits and demerits of SIA’s strategic response.
