I feel that I have related to the information he presented because leadership is not a position, but a choice. It’s through our actions that we prove to others that they can feel safe that we are capable of being a leader.
What did you learn most from watching his talk?
I learned that being is leader is done through your actions and mindset and not a given title. Being a leader's means you make sacrifices such as givi others their time and energy, not money. When we do things for others and expect something in return, then we weren’t really sacrificing anything in the first place.

It is not the position of an organization that makes you a leader, but it is when you decide to look after people and support them is what makes you a leader. I feel like this is an eye opening mindset since being a leader is not a title given to you, but is shown through your actions.
Describe three areas that were most influential to you.
Area 1: Endorphins, dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin are "happy" chemicals in our body that make us feel happy, prideful, joyful, and etc. Endorphins and dopamine are chemicals of progress, making us feel good when we accomplish goals. On the other hand, serotonin and oxytocin are the chemicals of trust and belonging.
Area 2: Recognition from others make us having feelings of pride and status, which is why it why we have public award events such as commencement for graduation. This makes the serotonin in our body go up, thus boosting our confidence. We want to make others proud, not just achieve our goals which is why we thank others when receiving awards.
Area 3: The presenter mentioned that our jobs are killing us and those that are responsible for making us feel this way are the leaders. Children learn that jobs are supposed to be a necessary “negative” thing in our lives when they see their parents exhausted and stressed after coming home from
