A cloud full of ash rose into the sky, turned everything dark, and made any given time of day appear as black as midnight across many of the north-western states. Plot Clashes in Clash of the Titans Between Clash of the Titans, the original Greek story, and the 2010 movie, there are a variety of similarities and differences. Although both plot lines follow a similar pattern, the details in the Greek story are much different than the movie.
