Is there really such a thing as a perfect society? Although our society may not be perfect doesn't mean there isn't one. In the novel The Giver it shares “a perfect society” or a “utopia” but is it really so perfect. In the novel there are a few similarities to the modern society, on the other hand there are many differences between the two.
