Have you read books where there are characters that have similar personalities? In the book Of Mice And Men, written by John Steinbeck, has a lot of that. The book is about George and Lennie and working in a ranch. The time was during the Great Depression. George and Lennie’s dream is to have their own land. The book has a lot of foreshadowing. From foreshadowing, readers were able to see similarities and differences between characters. Through the relationship of Candy and George, Lennie and Candy’s Dog, and Curley and the boss, Steinbeck used characters to show loneliness, how the weak survive and different personalities in a family.
