Steve Jobs and the Wright brothers are both well known inventors and innovators. Even though we may use their products almost every day, we don’t always recognize what it would be like if these people didn’t create what they did. Steve Jobs is the creator of one of the most popular electronic companies, Apple. Which started out very small and then flourished into a very well known company, creating many new products each year. The Wright Brothers created something that is also very well known and important in today’s world, the first aircraft. If the Wright Brothers wouldn’t have created the basis for an aircraft we would not have planes to travel in, so going far distances would take much more time, and we wouldn’t have any planes for war.

They also had the very different background, which made their lives differ a lot. The Wright brothers were born into a large family, with a total of seven children (de Houthults 11). While Steve Jobs was adopted into the Jobs family and then they later adopted his sister (Blumenthal 8). Their families were also very different because the Wright brothers had to college-educated parents which was pretty rare back then (Wein 2), but both of Steve Jobs parents were not college educated, so that was very different (Blumenthal 8). Their family values were also very different because the Wright brothers were raised in a family that taught the kids at a very young age to have discipline and order in their lives, and live a very hard-working lifestyle (Wein 2). Since they lived in such different time eras the execution of their product was also much different, and the way they formed and thought of their product. Since the Wright Brothers started creating their products in the late 1800s to the early 1900s there weren't as many improvements to help them base their product off of during this time, but Steve Jobs started creating his product around 60 years later in the 1970s so there had been many new improvements since then.
