Odysseus or Ralph? A hero is someone that is admired for their outstanding achievements or their noble qualities. Odysseus from the odyssey has all the right traits of being a strong hero. On the other hand, Ralph from Lord of The Flies is a fair hero, but lacks some of the qualities of being a strong leader. Odysseus’s strongest trait of being a good hero is being strong. Odysseus is a very strong man not only physically but also mentally. When he puts his mind to something he is determined to it no matter what it takes. Just like he is determined to return to Ithaca to be with Penelope and Telemachus, and he accomplishes that because that is his mindset. He is also physically strong.
