Similarities Between Macbeth And Snow White

Shakespeare and the Brothers Grimm are two of the most famous writers ever known to English. Most popular and recognizable was Shakespeare Macbeth and Snow white by the Grimm brother. The main villainess in the play Macbeth is Lady Macbeth, who is Macbeth’s wife. She is portrayed as a cunning, ruthless and power Hungary wife who just wants to be queen and devises a heinous plan with her husband to gain the royal crown after learning about a prophecy that her husband will be king one day. This is comparable to The Evil Queen in the fairy tale Snow White who is a vindictive stepmother who is obsessed with being "the fairest in the land" her step daughter Snow White makes her zealous of her beauty title, so the Queen thinks of several plans to kill Snow White to gain that title back. Both characters demonstrate their villainesses’ personality and actions throughout their respective storyline, and although we can arguably say both Villainesses impacted the story for the worst with their pride and their overzealous attitude towards their enemy, it is the difference in their Ambition, manipulation and remorse, which ultimately lead to their down fall.

This time the dwarfs cannot awaken you." after all the times she attempted in murdering, she finally succeeded, and as the cold heart being she is, she has no guilt or remorse for her actions as she was that passionate about her
