I think the landlady and Montresor share some similarities. They both seem cruel because they want to kill a person. They kill people by entice them, and when the person that they want to kill go sleep or tired they will kill that person. The difference between these people is Montresor kill Fortunato because Fortunato laughed on his family, but the landlady kill and stuff people because of her hobby. That makes the landlady seems crueler and crazier than Montresor. Montresor's motivation is avenge for his family, to take his family's honor back. The landlady's motivation is just her hobby that seems ill. I dislike both of them because they killing people, but I dislike more is the landlady because she isn't a pretty woman but not too ugly,
