Similarities Between Hitler And Alexander The Great

Alexander the Great was a macedonian ruler that conquered all of Greece, Asia Minor, Mesopotamia, Egypt and part of persia in all of 15 years. He was the son of Philip of Macedonia. Adolf Hitlerwas the ruler of the Natzis during World War II. He had invaded and conquered Poland, Germany, Hungary, parts of Russia, France and more territories over the span of 11 years. Both men had come from totally different time periods and have totally different personalities, although the two men have three things in common. They are both persistent, confident, and powerful. Every one of those characteristics helped the two rulers take over territories and help the country they were fighting for. Alexander the Great had used his persistence to march, “ With an army of 32,000 infantry and 5,100 cavalry, Alexander crossed over to Asia Minor in 334 BCE he then liberated the Greek city of Ephesus from Persian rule. He did not stop and kept going.” (Mark).
