All named arguments together lead to the result, that Donald Trump does personally not represent the American dream. Nonetheless, his political goals partly show similarities to the American dream.
First of all, Trump himself was basically a rich born, upper class child of a father, who had already made his own fortune in his real estate business. Most of Trump’s best business deals were either based on family ties or his father’s financial support. Therefore it is not surprising Trump made money in real estate as well, since his father gave him encouragement and the means to do so.
According to his business career, Trump suffered many economical setbacks including six bankruptcies. This shows that he still had many failures in his allegedly
