As stated before the Shang dynasty began to have corrupt leader and that does not agree with the Mandate of Heaven which they believed in they had to overtake the Shang since it was put upon them from the gods. So the Zhou took total control in 1027 B.C, which was the end the Shang and the beginning of the Zhou. On the other hand the Zhou fell as a dynasty in 256 B.C because they had no control over the lords and could no longer function. However, they left China in a great place large, wealthy, and highly
