Looking into the world of politics, we have so many different types of political systems that all are very different but also have some similarities. There are two nations that spoke to me. I'm sure we all know about North Korea, but, what about Norway? These are two very different countries with completely different views on politics, history, culture and policy systems. We will look at the similarities and differences between these two countries using all factual information. With two different government forms, Norway being a Parliamentary constitutional monarchy and North Korea being a single-party state/dictatorship. Norway is ruled by King HARALD V but also has a prime minister who is head of government who is currently Jonas Gahr Store and the sorting which is made up of elected representatives.Now, North Korea government forms a dictatorship being led by Kim-jong-un. It operates under the ruling Workers Party of Korea. The easiest way to describe the two is that Norway's citizens have power and North Korea's citizens do not. Now that we know what type of government system Norway has, let's look into how they got there. Norway's government has been a monarchy since the Viking ages, but they weren't always independent. Norway was a part of Denmark from the 14th century until the early 19th century. They were under a single monarchy. It wasn't a smooth ride between the two as there were periods of resistance and many attempts to gain independence. After Denmark, Norway was given to Sweden, this didn't last long as the Norwegians refused the Swedish crown and finally declared their independence, sorta.
