To start, these groups were very disntictive politically. The Europeans had all the power once they had exchanged customs and Americans’ power over their land had decreased. Africans were taken from their lands without consultation and brought to an unknown territory were they were vulnerable and had no power at all. Africans became slaves. In Europe, the king/queen had the complete power and important figures ruled as well because of maritime revolution and renaissance, for example, Prince Henry the Navigator.
