Shaker High School and Hudson Valley Community College are very similar and difference. There are three main differences and similarities that include lack of freedom, schedule, and writing assistance. In this paper I will discuss the difference Between Shaker High School versus Hudson Valley Community College. By comparing and contrasting Shaker High School and Hudson Valley Community College incoming freshmen will be more informed about what to expect in college. First, comparing Shaker High School and Hudson Valley Community Collage, freedom is the most things that everyone wants to have; in high School we can’t just walk out of the class during lecture but in college we can do most of the things without any restrictions. Attendance in high school is the most common things everyone does like we can’t get out of the class, we can’t skip the class, and we can’t go to the bathroom without permission. However, in college we have more freedom we can get out of the class whenever we want, we can skip class, and we can go to the bathroom without permission. There are other sort of activates that happens in high school but in college it’s more revealing I would refer it as classroom activities. Grades are very important both in college and high school because they reflect on your future career that you want to pursue and the college you wish to pursue your future education. They have similarities structure in the way they teach you. They both prefer to have textbook throughout the school course. They both desire to give final exams.
