Per Reporter: Nikki and her children lives in what appears to be an abandoned trailer with Eugene (maternal uncle). It is unknown of how long the family has been living in the trailer. Nikki and Eugene claims that they are in the process of fixing the trailer up. The condition of the trailer is not suitable for the children to live. The windows are broken, no beds or toilets. The family goes outside to use the bathroom. There are no working utilities in the home; it is unknown of how long the utilities have been off. It is unknown of how the children are bathing. There was little to no food in the home; there was bread, peanut butter and jelly noticed in the home. Noodles were also noticed in the home, but there was no way of cooking them.
