During snack time a dad drops a child off. Neither Alyssa nor Kayla goes over to greet him or the child. The dad just signs his son in, and then quietly leaves. This is when I notice all of the signs for parents to check their child’s mailbox at the end of the day. There is at least three of these signs posted near the front door. Once snack is finished the children are to throw away their own food, wash their hands, and then go sit on the carpet once again, to be ready to go outside.
