Significant Work Accomplishments

Decent Essays
A. Most significant work accomplishments:
My most significant work accomplishments would include: receiving high scores on all pop-quizzes administrated by our trainers, Mindy Kane and Vladonna Petricevic, receiving a 91% score on our pre-assessment. I have received decently moderate to high scores on all weekly-feedback forms to include positive feedback from all mentors.
Once when I was in the field I was able to find a warrant on a father that the CPI Trainee on the case had overlooked.
As far as new gained skills and knowledge, being in both the training room and in the field I feel has prepared me to understanding the mission and the structure of the CPI position. I now know and am completely comfortable with doing pre-commencement

The only times I was able to watch an adult interview was at the beginning of my training when I had not yet been taught how to properly interview an adult and unfortunately, towards the end of my training I have not yet been able to shadow and conduct an interview with one of my mentors for that week.
E. My goals for the next evaluation period?
My goals for the next evaluation period include: passing my state test with an 80% or higher, to take away as many professional skills and tools from all future field shadowing days, to be confident in my abilities to perform at all levels of this positon, and to not become overwhelmed with my tasks at hand reaching out for assistance when support is needed.
F. Additional Training:
Classroom training is phenomenal in preparing me for the test to come as well as what to look for in the field. I would say any additional training that would enhance my abilities would be to be in the field more often. That way I would be able to experience more cases and understanding the process on how to handle the steps of each case.

G. Improvement:
The only improvement I would have is that I have one been able to experience three - night field shadowing. I would have liked to had an equal amount of night shift shadows as well as day shift

When asked the question, “what is your biggest accomplishment in the area of leadership,” the same answer comes to mind every time. It is an easy question for me to answer because of the tremendous impact this experience had on my life. In my junior year of high school, the SkillsUSA advisors repeatedly approached me about the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania Western Region Leadership Conference. I didn’t know what it was until they eventually pulled me and a few top students from my school aside and told us about having a “tryout” to see who would best fit to become an officer at the leadership conference. Each of us presented a prepared speech and an extemporaneous speech.…

school I embarked on a journey to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in order to make myself more marketable to local police departments. With plenty of hard work, I was able to achieve that goal in only 3 years with a GPA of 3.6, while also participating in college athletics. Shortly afterward I was hired on as a patrol officer at Lavergne Police Department. Once I graduated the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, completed the field training program, and gained some experience on patrol, it seemed that nearly all of the goals I had worked so hard toward had been marked off of my checklist.…

I’ve always wanted to go back to school and get my degree, but I ended having a kid, and now I have to work to pay for rent, bills, and food.…
