Significant Weight Loss Possible with Herbal Assistance
All through college I kept hearing rumors about how freshmen either lost or gained fifteen pounds, hence the nickname the freshman fifteen. Thankfully, I was on the lucky end of the spectrum and actually lost fifteen pounds. What I didn’t hear about was the post college fifteen obtained from stressing out over job interviews and the whole job-hunting process in general.
Luckily, I live within walking distance to a nutrition store and asked about herbs that could potentially help me lose weight. I started to think about how I can incorporate this into an exercise routine to lose weight. I cannot afford the Wii Fit which is geared towards weight loss but I decided to get creative and use Wii Sports to make it happen. Wii Sports has 5 sport games with it: Tennis, Bowling, Baseball, Golf, and Boxing. I followed this routine and saw results in about 3 weeks.

Warm up
For my warm up I used the Wii Sports function that allows you to practice to get better at the games. I played each practice round one time for each sport. Once you practice with a round a new different way to practice gets unlocked. This is good as it keep the monotony down while warming up. I prefer the punching bags in boxing , bowling as many pins as you can, and hitting home runs as a good warm up.
Cardio
I found the best 2 sports to get my heart rate up were Tennis, and Boxing. I play 1 best out of 6 tennis against the computer, then 1 best out of 3 game and then moved on to 2 games with 3 rounds each of boxing. As you progress your score goes up with 1000 being the expert level of playing. I use that as an extra challenge to keep me motivated.
