Plebiscite is “a vote by which the people of a country or region express their opinion for or against and important proposal” (Oxford dictionary, 2016). In Colombia from 2012 to 2016 our government and members of the FARC-EP group developed the plebiscite document that has 297 pages that include five main agreements, this official paper invites us to finish the armed conflict in our country. For theologian Juan Luis Segundo, the problem of analyzing the relationship between Christianity and violence in Latin America is it is often perceived to be easily solved.
