The 20th Century was dominated by chain of events that heralded significant changes in world history as to redefine the era: World War I and World War II, nuclear power and space exploration, nationalism and decolonization, the Cold War, and new age of technology. Out of many events in the 20th Century, World War II is the most significant and impactful event that took place in 20th Century. World War II brought in new idea, death of millions, new weaponry, global alliances, and shift of power around the world.
World War II is the bloodiest war in the history of Earth and it is account for a total estimation of 56,125,262 death (By the number). The cruel treatment and experimental project by the nazi led to the nuremberg code. It provide a moral guide to conducting an experiment and it is in use today.
