Signature Themes Based off the data given by the Gallup my signature themes were listed in the order restorative, learner, achiever, command and intellection.

Restorative theme is a good description of my need and want to solve problems. I can be so engaged to solve a problem and do so by seeing all sides or all facts before acting. A nurse has to have critical thinking when it comes to solving problems to be successful. I analyze a lot of issues and will try to fix issues if I can but I will allow other people to help me. One example of me being restorative is when my finances were set up wrong with Brightwood. I received an email and analyzing it very carefully. Realizing the school didn’t have the correct amount of the loan I was approved for. The finance department claimed I would need another loan to cover the cost of the whole year. Clearly the school wasn’t listening to me, so I drove up and handled it personally. I proved the supervisor of the finance department wrong. I fixed it

Excelling in school or the workplace is something I always strive for. No discomfort comes to me when voicing my views and people usually listen when I take charge. One example, at my current job; our shifts always run smooth because I help management by managing issues or problems when they can’t be there. Might be why I’m lead trainer. Intellection theme is my urge to learn. Learning is something I’m passionate about. I will look up random things just to find out what it is, how it works or even the history of how it became. This theme will help me in work and school because I will always have to continually be learning. It’s something I enjoy and find easy to do. One example of the intellection theme is found when I’ll spend alone time. Alone time is the best thinking time. When I’m alone my reflection, thoughts, and questions can be answered.
