This paper will explore the unconscious impact on the conscious mind as it applies to Jung’s Depth psychology. The history of his theory, views, concepts, how it works, and perspective will also be discussed. When you put it in perspective, human beings’ version of themselves is limited, because what is unconscious is not known. As a result, individuals are aimlessly walking around, with various feelings of inadequacy, not living to their potential, unhappy, stuck in a life cycle of gloom, and negativity.
What they do not realize is that the potential healing, answers, insight, and causes are most likely linked to their unconscious. Their conscious symptoms are manifestations of what is brewing in their unconscious.

The nuclear family as we know, has shifted to single-parent family, the extended family, the same-sex, and the blended family, this can be a challenging adjustment for some individuals Homelessness is a major concern in many cities in America. Families and individuals are dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Is there any wonder why emotional disturbance is becoming more challenging and chaotic to deal with? Although Depth psychology is not a cure-all to all mental health issues, the therapy does offer solutions into helping individuals deal with complex, and deep emotional issues according to Jung
