Per our conversation this morning, I called in to Sierra Forest in reference to the about subject. On yesterday, I called Sierra Forest at 6:45p.m. leaving a message with the answering service about mold in my bathroom. The answering service took down my information and stated that it will sent to the office the following morning. This morning I called your office at 9:03 a.m. to make sure that the information was passed along from the answering service. Around 10:10 a.m., I received a called from your office stating the work order was put in as well as discuss the past due rent.
After calling the office again at 4:01p.m., I was told that it takes 48 hours to respond to this mold problem. Therefore, I am attaching pictures of the
