Nowadays, within the continuing development of technology, many High-Tech things have been invented and created. The High-tech products make people’s life easier and interesting, we couldn’t image the life without those things. Like the Smart phone, you don’t have to write a letter and sent it to the post office, just by type in the words and click the “send” bottom to the person who you want to be sent to the message. There are a lot of good things that we can talk about the smart-phone has brought to us life situation, but I would like to talk about the side effects that smart-phone has been bringing to us.

In today 's popular mobile phones, our way of life and values are being constantly eroded, change. Over-reliance on mobile phones, let some of its function gradually alienated.
Over-reliance on mobile phones, we will damage our health. Now some people, especially the poor self-control teenagers, often through the night to play with the phone, long bow at the screen, wearing headphones, the keyboard, not only affect the person 's eyesight, hearing, will result in decreased body immunity, thinking nerve confusion.
Over-reliance on mobile phones, it will alienate the relationship between people. Long addicted to the virtual world of the network, let us out of touch with real life, in the eyes of normal interpersonal influence. He really likes to listening music, every day he plays very loud music with his headphones even when he sleep. One day, he just can’t hear nothing and he was freak out. After a long period treatment, the doctor saved his right ear hearing but could do more about his left ear. The doctor told his family that because he play the loud music every day and it just damaged his hearing cells. This story really shook me, just because a little thing, it could mess up your life. Why I want everyone to stop phubbing because I don’t want the history repeat. It also changes me a lot, I start to remind my friends, my family members, my classmates and all the people around
