Per Reporter: Shyanne previously lived with her mother (Jennifer); however, Jennifer was unable to care for her. Shyanne is disrespectful and has been physically abusive towards Jennifer. Shyanne behaved as such because she wanted to live with her father (Leo). Leo allows Shyanne to do what she wants. Law enforcement was involved at the family’s home at least 15 times a month. Youth court was involved, but nothing was done. Shyanne is emotionally disturbed. Shyanne has been diagnosed with ADHD and Mood Swing Disorder. Shyanne has a IEP plan at the school.
