It has been a pleasure being your student in this Business Communication class, I have gained many meaningful insights pertaining my writing skills, my team building abilities and most importantly, my professional image as a Kelley Business School student in Indiana University. My experience working with a diverse group of individuals for the Shred415 case competition has definitely enriched my global perspectives as I am able to learn various cultures from all over the globe such as Korea, India, China and United States. In Urbane Advisory Services, we find pride in our ability to collaborate as unique individuals that prioritizes openness in ideas, respect and integrity. This dynamic environment is the leading reason why we were able to produce a business strategy that is both feasible and holistic for Shred415.

The most critical feedback I received through this course was to take time to create an outline before writing an essay. By doing so, I will be clear on constructing the path of my storyline and will be more concise when

Time is a very crucial factor as it requires tremendous amount of commitment, sacrifice and passion. In a team of six, it is foreseeable that different individuals have different priorities as most of us are involved in other courses and student organizations. At times, our team members failed to attend more than one meeting and have caused the team to be behind schedule. After realizing this, we managed to effectively address the issue by providing our timetables and setting aside an exclusive time where every member can meet and fully contribute to the discussion. We also decided on the moral standards and guidelines for non-acceptable excuses to miss a team imposed deadline and meeting. After establishing these set of rules, our team worked together to produce high quality work which is aligned with our goals and
