In my personal opinion, I would agree with having screen time for younger an also older children. In the second paragraph it describe's, That it's more important about what the kid's watch rather then how many hours they view it. the second paragragh talk's about if younger kid's are watching an educational tv program with a parent, They learn how to reduce anger and fear but also help them learn how to commuicate better by watching the tv programwith a parent. In the first paragraph it talk's about having screen time limits because viewing tv is bad for the growth and devlopment of a younger kid's brain. At the end of the story studie's say that it's not about how long they watch the tv for its about what they watch and what kind of adult
