In conclusion, abortion should remain a legal choice and allow woman to have a second chance when the life of the expectant mother is in danger, a poor or misguided choice was made, a repulsive act of violence or incest, or when the life of a newborn is destined to suffer every day of its life through disfigurement or severe and debilitating handicaps. Women should be allowed to control what happens to their bodies. Outlawing abortion sets back 50 years of feminist work and would only create more problems in the long run.
