Should Women Have Their Own Football Teams Essay

Should women have their own football teams?
Should women have their own football teams? Instead of just men having their own football games and going to championship maybe women should too. Into further due they could even have their own NFL games against others in different states. Therefore, whoever in the end wins the top 10 championship (If they wanted to) could go against the guys who won the top 10 championship.
In my opinion, I think this is a good idea. If women want to do this then they should stand for it. There shouldn't be a rule against it anyways. We are all human, we should be able to do this and whatever we enjoy doing. It wouldn't be fair if they didn't let women play football anyways.
I don't think women should have their own football teams because they would give up easily if they got hurt and it's not a female sport. Meanwhile, here's evidence from the article Should Females Be Able To Play Football and the author says “It's not a female sport, there is no place for women. Men are physically

There IS women out there that are fit enough to play football. Conversely, there’s a place for women just as there is men and if people are saying that then that shows that our society/community is being completely unfair.

What happens when she gets hit?Accordingly, She could possibly die from the impact because women have such small frames. Evidence also is that as well as woman, even men that are built the size of a woman even get hurt a lot.

Women are not all the same size. Furthermore, any women that were to play football, especially if they have their own NFL games i'm sure they would work out a lot and be as fit as any other guy football player on an NFL team? Men are underestimating women and being unfair in many societies. Moreover, women should be able to play male sports just as how guys play girl

How fair can it get for girls to play on boys sport teams. Maybe because it’s not a law, everyone can play, so many other girls are playing on the same team as boys. It was never a law that girls have to play the “girl sports,” boys play the “boy sports.” In the article Should Girls be Allowed to Play on Boy’s Sport Teams? There has been factual and supporting evidence to prove that women athletes are getting paid way less than men athletes. In Laura Santhanam’s article she supports this claim such as “the women earned less than the men while performing demonstrably better” (Santhanam 2016). The United States women’s soccer team have won the three world cups, but the men haven’t even went past the quarterfinals (Santhanam 2016). We would think that the team that played the best team would earn the most money. It should not depend on if they are a man or a…

An excerpt from “Girls Suffer Sports Concussions at a Higher Rate Than Boys. Why is that Overlooked?” states that "Girls have smaller, weaker necks than boys making their heads more susceptible to trauma". Women are more likely to get a head injury, therefore, they should have a different standard they have to meet before starting any physical activity again. Athletes already have to be signed off by an athletic trainer or their coach.…

There is absolutely no way that women would just sit back and watch the men play all kinds of different sports as they would only be able to sit on the sidelines and cheer the men on. Women are resilient and because of that I know that if Title IX hadn’t been written into the Education amendment in 1972, then it would have been written later on. Title IX had turned the life of a female athlete completely around, but even if it didn’t exist, the female population would still be as powerful, if not more, than they already are. There are many things that are wrong with Title IX and the amendment has proven to not be enough for women to achieve equality in a world where men are considered to be drastically better and have a higher value in life. Title IX may have given women more equality when it comes to colleges and universities, but it has, by no means, been the main reason why women have been interested in sports or…

Men and women have different playing styles and they do not mix well. They have been separated for a very long time and they should remain that way for many of the reasons that I have listed above. There will always be women that can beat men in their respected sports and vise versa, but the game is setup the way it should remain for women to play competitive against women and men to play against other…

Females should undoubtedly be allowed to play on male sports’ teams. In this world of inequality there are few things we can do to alleviate that. For example, allowing females to play on male sports’ teams would be a great step. Outside of the educational aspects of gender equality, many professional sports teams are a part of this mistreatment. Women in order to be treated as equals, men need to see them as equals. If women play with male athletes then society will see how important equality is and how women should be treated equally just like how men are treated. The site states, “Gender equality in sports has always been a controversial topic. Even the founder of the modern Olympics, Baron Pierre de Coubertin, said in 1896, “No matter how toughened a sports woman may be, her organism is not cut out to sustain certain shocks” (Pavlovich). This shows how gender equality is important for all sexes and even for women athletes. To this day all rights are not equal between men and women, but if more women would speak up or if women athletes start playing with male athletes than maybe society will notice that women are strong enough and powerful enough to make a change in this world and that we deserve more than what we have and deserve equal rights that men have and women don’t.…
