Should We Use Genetically Modified Organisms?

In today’s society Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s) are often discussed in every American or human that resides in the world lives, it is in fact a reality that we face every day. According to Merriam Webster’s Dictionary Genetically Modified Organisms are defined as plants, animals or any microorganism that have not been grown naturally, but have been altered by Science. There is an ongoing debate on whether or not should we continue to use of GMO’s here in the United States, or discard them. I think yes we should continue to use Genetically Modified Organisms due to the fact that no major issues have been proven that GMO’s harm or bring into existents unhealthy, sick hominids. A vaccine was designed to fight the infection meaning it was engineered not naturally formed, therefore considering it genetically modified it was claimed to be an active example of a GMO. Clearly without the existence of GMO’s we would not have the digestive enzyme today that can only be found in papaya fruit.
