Should we ignore whole foods? No not at all. Just figure out what kind of lifestyle you want and do your research. In general we need whole foods most of the time. We need whole foods with a little tastes, but the key to all of this is deplane intake. If continue to exercise every week or even twice a week and eat right….you will be just fine with no worries. In my opinion there is no need to overdo it just for a quick 10 to 15 pounds. Long term effects from eating whole foods is that there aren’t any as long as you watch what you eat. If you overdue yourself and have McDonalds every day of your life than you asking for it. When juicing we tend to rely on it because of what we see in a magazine or news feed.
