The second agreement is having a restricted number of days that employees are allowed to bring their dogs to work. Dogs will be allowed three days out of the week, no exceptions. By limiting the number of days will allow employees who are reluctant to the “Dogs In The Workplace Agreement” to have the flexibility to find comfortability and ease into the pro-pet policy.
