A goal that we should all work for is trying to bond with others and show that we are not as stubborn and as arrogant as some may make us out to be. We may have difficulties doing so at times, but in the long run showing that we care and that we can be supportive of one another in as many situations as possible will get us a lot further than being close-minded and pessimistic towards everyone and everything. This can be troubling but it is possible to do. In order to become more supportive towards each other, we need to be open-minded and be optimistic. In order to be more supportive of others we must be open-minded, to achieve being this we need to let go of being in control and making ourselves vulnerable. When someone is telling us about something they are going through we need to listen and show we care about what they have to say. We all go through something daily, whether it is good or bad. When reacting to the way people act and what they might say to us, we have to be cautious and make sure to give them the benefit of the doubt and make ourselves vulnerable. To make ourselves vulnerable we must realize that we are not in control of everything that goes on. If one acts as if the actions of a person are odd or completely out of the ordinary they are thinking close-mindedly, they are not taking in to account that the person more than likely can justify their actions and have a valid reason for what they did.
