When it comes to conventional schooling many students find it tedious, uninteresting and unproductive. Teachers face these problems and are looking for more positive, motivating approaches toward teaching students. As long as the game doesn't involve violence or bloodshed it may have educational value.

Gaming may have a place in the classroom when used in the right parameter.
Students' addiction to online computer games is a big problem for both teachers and parents, who needs to take measures to combat this.
There was a study done in 2013 where three thousand gaming students were studied. Nine percent of those studied were placed in what was called the "pathological" group. These students when closely studied were to have had damaged multiple aspects of their lives including school performance. This pathological group, when followed up on a few years later, were still showing signs of a gaming addiction. Some of who were gaming upwards of 31+ hours per week.
There are a time and a place for gaming, however for children clear through young adults it can cause problems. When using gaming in the classroom it has been proven time and time again that yes it can be a good thing, however, needs to be used with a sense of responsibility
There are electronic devices available out there that teachers and parents could use to manage the time spent using the computer games, which can be easily
