Fundamentally, there exist two classifications of trusts. Essentially, express trusts are ascertained by the settlor intentionally; on the other hand, implied trusts arise from certain circumstances and are imposed by courts. In addition, there are two types of implied trusts; resulting and constructive, the latter being controversial.
