When it comes to the topic of should the private lives of famous people be off limits to the media, most of us would readily agree that it should be off limits. Where this agreement usually ends, however, is on the question of whether the famous people are at fault for attracting the unwanted attention. Whereas some are convinced that paparazzi are too involved in their lives, others maintain that they brought the intrusion upon themselves. I believe it should be off limits because they are human just like everyone else in this world. The lives of famous people and celebrities are known by their adoring fans, but there has to be a certain limit on how much information the paparazzi are putting out there. In Lindsay Wheelers article “Should the private lives of public figures be off limits?” explains the incident that happened to the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. Pictures of Middleton were taken of her sunbathing topless in a private villa. Kate and her husband weren’t happy about the pictures and complained to the villa for …show more content…
In Molina’s article “The private lives of celebrities should be off limits”, mentions Solange Knowles attacking sister Beyoncé Knowles’ husband Jay-Z in Chelsea’s Standard Hotel. A worker filmed the brawl and it was published in the New York Daily Times, but later cost him his job. After the incident, Beyoncé stated, “At the end of the day, families have problems and were no different, it said. “We love each other; above all, we are family.
